Adobe does not publicly discuss the issues with your account. Use the link you got to contact Adobe Contributor Support. Watch your spam folder, they respond by e-mail. This user community can do nothing for you, and has no insight into the proceedings.

 

Some accounts get unlocked after an investigation, some stay locked ad aeternum. After the first reasoning, you need to be patient. One user said that it took a month, before his account got unlocked.

Because closing accounts without prior warning and waiting for a person for more than a month, two months, or more to respond, this indicates the fragility of this platform.

I am sorry to have to disagree with you. Adobe will not publicly discuss your possible transgressions with you. Of course, it's annoying to be banned and not feel guilty of any wrongdoing. But Adobe has standards that it tries to enforce as good as it can:


Prohibited activities

We have the highest standards for our contributors and content. Here are some activities that could result in warnings, account suspension, and/or account termination: 

  • Submitting content you got from a website that allows free downloads, such as Unsplash or Pixabay
  • Content spamming (i.e., sending multiple submissions of identical or almost identical files)
  • Using irrelevant keywords or titles 
  • Purchasing your own content to increase sales rank and boost search results
  • Copying other artists’ files or keywords
  • Submitting public-domain content
  • Submitting content created by other artists, including content available as a free download at any location
  • Submitting content that’s partially based on the work of other artists
  • Submitting infringing, illegal, or pornographic content
  • Submitting material that sexualizes minors. 

Note: Adobe has the right to accept or reject content, remove files from Adobe Stock, or block or terminate Contributor accounts for any reason.

Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice.

 

How can you penalize my account for this reason? It is logical to punish those who download illegally and not to punish those whose account was downloaded unless you have conclusive evidence that he is the author of the same act. In this case, I am absolutely certain that I have not done anything wrong , When you say that they have the right to ban me for any reason, even if I didn't do anything wrong, this indicates the fragility of the platform only. I post on other platforms. I don't face this problem. How is it possible to waste months of hard work on the platform so easily, and wait for me to understand?

We aren't Adobe Employees on these peer to peer community forums.  We are fellow Stock Contributors that give advice based on our experience.

 

Adobe will not reply to you here.  Your only option is to use the contact methods already mentioned and wait for their reply.

 

Like @Abambo said, it could take several weeks.  One user reported 4 weeks.

 

I know this is frustrating, I hope you get a swift reply!

That mail address is coined to the message that a user gets when his account is blocked.

There is only one reason to push sales: to extract money from these sales. When I buy your assets, you get money. None else gets money. So, there is a high suspicion that you are involved. I don't say that you are, but there is a suspicion.

 

Normally, this scheme goes like such: you get contacted by someone, who buys your assets. They want a share from the proceeds. Either, they are paying with stolen credit cards or have other shenanigans running.

 

Adobe is investigating, after they have investigated, they will tell you the result. The users here can't help, and Adobe will not further discuss this. You are unhappy, I'm sure I would be, but there is no possibility to change the course of the events now.

My guess is that there may have been unusual or suspicious activity in your account.  It happens sometimes.  Or perhaps someone filed an official misuse of Intellectual Property / Copyright Infringement claim.

If you violated someone's copyright, that's a very serious matter.  Your account would likely be terminated permanently unless you can prove rightful ownership of the assets in question. 

 

This is all just guesswork on our part.  We don't know why your account was closed.  Only Adobe Stock knows the reason.  So you must work this out directly with Stock Contributor Support and remain patient while the investigation process completes.
