The reason should have been communiceted by now, but basically there are several issues that may be the cause. Here are the most comon that have been reported until now:

  • IP violation by using other ones assets.
  • unusual sales activities. These normally occur when you have published your portfolio on social media, and someone agrees to buy your assets for part of the revenues. 

There may be others. Adobe responds swiftly (not after weeks) to requests for mir information, so watch your e-mails and especially your spam folder, as such messages very often land in the spam folder.

You should have had an email when they first blocked you, explaining why. So far as I know. So check for it, including spam folders etc.

I remember a similar situation recently, and the entire process took around 4-6 weeks in total.  If memory serves me right, that person had their account restored.

 

Regardless, we are community volunteers and not Adobe employees.  Your only option is to contact Adobe with the link provided above and wait for their response.
