You have, with that message, got an e-mail that you can contact. You should do that. Adobe does not publicly discuss problems with accounts.
I did but receive no response.
When did you ask for more information?
It usually takes them a few weeks to look at your case and decide whether to block your account forever or not. Make sure you reply promptly if requested.

The reason should have been communiceted by now, but basically there are several issues that may be the cause. Here are the most comon that have been reported until now:
There may be others. Adobe responds swiftly (not after weeks) to requests for mir information, so watch your e-mails and especially your spam folder, as such messages very often land in the spam folder.

You should have had an email when they first blocked you, explaining why. So far as I know. So check for it, including spam folders etc.
I remember a similar situation recently, and the entire process took around 4-6 weeks in total. If memory serves me right, that person had their account restored.
Regardless, we are community volunteers and not Adobe employees. Your only option is to contact Adobe with the link provided above and wait for their response.
