Got this message on my account. I have submitted the form on 'contact us' but there is no respon at all. I also checked my email and there is no emaiAdobe.pngl. What should I do? 😞

At this point, you've done everything you can.  Adobe will likely reply in a day or two.  Watch your spam and other folders, my Adobe emails often go to my Promotions tab of my email service.  One email to Adobe is sufficient, sending more than one only clogs up the system and could be viewed as spam if you send too many.

 

There may be an investigation after that could take several weeks.  Be patient, and polite with any follow-up correspondence that is requested.
