I am having this proble "Your account has a validation status issue"
How can i get my account back.

There may be an investigation that could last several weeks. One user reported the investigation lasted 4 weeks.
Be patient while Adobe works through the process, and be polite with any follow-up correspondence.

Just to emphasise this: Adobe will answer and will answer by e-mail, but the answer may take time. Do not send multiple requests, the answer will not come faster.
