Hello! Tried to log in to my contributor account on Adobe stock and saw this message "Your account has a validation status issue. You should contact us"

If I understand right, my account is blocked now and I don't know the reason. And also I have money on my account and I can't withdraw it, because I can see only this message and nothing else.


I contacted a support, but I received no answer. how long will it take to resolve this situation? And where I can find the reason of block?

I built my portfolio for about two years, I add new illustrations regularly and now I can't add new works, so now I can't sell, no one see my works and can't buy it. And if you don't add works for some time it is not really good for portfolio.

You must reply to the link on the page advising you that your account is blocked. Then wait for a reply which can take some time as Adobe investigates the account. Don't badger them with repeated emails, as that just serves to further clog their support system. We've heard here in the forum that it can take days or weeks. Adobe has blocked many accounts right now, and response is slow.
