300 image subscription bonus. when?

I reached 350 uploads annually in November and over 300 were approved in 2019.
However, I have not received a bonus subscription yet.
When does it arrive?

same here, still waiting since end of November. When I spoke with the chat support at the beginning of December they told me that it should take 2-3 weeks, but I guess with xmas and NY, they extended the period (at least I hope so :))

I contacted Adobe Support and they advised that the subscription code had been sent to me in an email - which I found in my spam folder !

All spam emails sent last year have already been deleted.
My spam mail folder is empty.

I just found it in my spam folder as well... no idea why it ended there. But if your spam emails are deleted, you better contact them imediately.
