This is an API partner site. We have many partnerships with sites around the world. They are allowed to display our entire collection to their customers. If a customer chooses your image then a license is purchased directly through Adobe Stock and your commission is paid as normal. No, you are not being ripped off. These partnerships create a high level of exposure and ultimately sales for Adobe Stock Contributors. All licenses are issued through Adobe Stock and commissions are paid immediately into your account.
