Adobe Stock - ridiculous but Stock recognizes me but still doesnt let me enter my account!!!

Hi everyone!

Could you please help me. My problem is:

I have been with Fotolia as a contributor for a long time now. I have synced my Fotolia account with Adobe Stock some time ago. Now when I'm trying to enter my account in Adobe Stock (to change the payment method), the system doesn't allow me to enter it. It shows me the window for entering my Fotolia login and password and when I enter this info the system gives me the following message: The selected account is already in use. Yes, its in use and it is ME. How on Earth can I enter my account? I might have forgotten my Adobe password, but even when I'm resetting it and try to use my new password it still doesn't work. What shall I do?? I tried to use "Real help from real people" tool but oooops it requires a login and password before using it. And when I enter my password it gives me the same message The selected account is already in use.

Could anyone please help me with this? Or any contact details of Adobe Stock Support team would be so much appreciated!!
