Adobe Stock Won't Accept JPG's though it appears all sizes are correct

I am trying, through Lightroom CC to submit to Adobe Stock but it rejects every photo I try.  A particular example is a photo in JPG that's 2621px x 1996px (which comes out to greater than 5 MP) and image size, according to Photoshop is 29.9 MB.  Yet I get the error message that photo could not be uploaded and it gives me all the requirements which it seems to me have been met.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks.

Is the Creative Cloud account you are logged into Lightroom with the same as your Creative Cloud account used for the Contributor Portal? It must be in order to be used.

Try logging into the Contributor Portal and uploading the file directly. If you are receiving the same error, submit a support ticket through the portal and we will do our best to assist.

Thank you,
