Algunos archivos no se ven en mi portafolio

I am a recent Stock contributor with ID of SUBSCRIBER
208947255

I have already uploaded and accepted more than 300 videos and 100 photographs.

But I have verified that in my public profile there is a series of my files that do not appear directly.

I understand that in a keyword search ... the algorithm and because I am a new collaborator, do not show them in the first results ... but when entering my portfolio directly ... any client should be able to see them ... AND DO NOT APPEAR !!!

I put some examples of the photos of the files that are "hidden"

They are only displaying a single file from that session.
I hope it is a mistake that they can correct, and that they give me an answer.

Ya tengo subido y aceptado más de 300 vídeos y 100 fotografias.

Pero he comprobado que en mi perfil público hay una serie de mis archivos que directamente no aparecen.

Entiendo que en una busqueda por palabras clave...el algoritmo y debido a que soy un nuevo colaborador, no las muestren en los primeros resultados..pero al entrar directamente a mi portafolio...cualquier cliente deberian poderlas ver....Y NO APARECEN!!!

Pongo algunos ejemplos de las fotos de los archivos que están "ocultados"

Solo están monstrando un solo archivo de esa sesión.

Espero que sea un error que puedan subsanar, y que me den una respuesta.

Hi Javier,

I am not sure how images like these are dealt with on a public portfolio basis, however I would expect this category of images or videos to be filtered into "Safe Search". That would explain you not finding them in regular search.

 

Also please note: Photographers like yourself are the main persons answering questions on the forums.

You communicates with Adobe staff through "Contact us".
