Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how we can appeal stock footage that has been rejected for "Intellectual Property Refusal". Almost each of the clips reject doesn't show any kind logos, brands, or anything that would warrant this message. To give an example, one of the clips shows women cleaning pots and pans. Could someone help me as to what I need to do to appeal these refusals, thanks!

Hi Alex
Without seeing an example of your content it is very difficult to make a statement about it.
Do you have an ID for an example?

Did you include a model release?
Are there any brand names or logos on the kitchen appliances that might be recognizable?
regards,
Mario

The clip was filmed overseas and in a public place. There are no logos on any of the pots or pans. It was in Gulu, Uganda. That is what is puzzling to me. The washing took place in an alleyway with no appliances.

Nobody has clearly answered the question. Its not about "why" the material was rejected but HOW to appeal the rejection. Is there any appeal process?

No there isn't an appeal process.
