Are titles searchable?

I believe I heard that titles are now searchable on Adobe Stock, but this article https://theblog.adobe.com/stock-keywording-tips/ says it's not the case.

Hello. Unless there has been a recent change, the title does not affect the search. The research responds from the chronology of the words of the indexing that we do. The first word is the most important, then the second, etc. From the 6th it is not widely recognized. If Adobe can confirm.

I watched Mat Hayward podcast I believe they said that titles are searchable and the first 10 keywords are the most important.
