Artifacts Problem - Rejected Photo?

This photo was submitted to Adobe Stock... it has been rejected due to "Artifacts" which by what I read can be exposure, excessive post processing etc. I'm a little baffled on the rejection and would appreciate any feedback which could clarify the reasoning? Taken with a Sony Alpha 7IIr with the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS lens. Thanks Paul.

I think the artifact problem could be in the bird's plumage area. Take a closer look at the blurred areas in the 100/200 percent view.
