Can't save image in contributor and apply for approval

I used to upload my images in fotolia.

In Adobe Stock I can’t save my images and apply for approval. It says: "Some of your changes could not be saved. Please correct the items highlighted in red below and try again.". Non of my descriptions is red highlighted though.

I make a detour: I open a new browser window, log into the Fotolia-Site and save my image there.

Then even in the Adobe Stock browser window my image is saved. Without any difficulty I now can apply for approval.

Since Fotolia will end in the beginning of 2019: How can I save and apply images for approval in Adobe Stock?

I very much would appreciate your help!

thank you very much for your advice!

I tried to use the US contact form in English and the German contact form. In both cases I got the error message “We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue.

Is there any other possibility to post my request?

I’m looking forward to your answer and I very much would appreciate your help.
