Correspondence regarding my stock photo account

I have been having issues receiving any correspondence with regards to my Adobe stock account for several years now. I changed my contact email years ago and still do not receive any updates regarding acceptance, rejection, downloads and/or sales of my images. Why am I not receiving any emails to my updated email account?
