Question, I got declined for IP reasons, however, there are literally dozens of the same thing already on Adobe Stock, so what gives? The item in question is a video of the backside of the Las Vegas Sign. There are dozens of the front, and 2 others of the back currently for sale through Adobe Stock (mine being different because it is a time-lapse style) So how are those OK on an IP basis but suddenly mine isn't??

I found the clip you are referring to and took a look. There are dozens, if not hundreds of recognizable people in the footage along with recognizable billboards to the right. To sell this clip for commercial licensing you would need a signed model release from each person shown under the sign.
