Does Adobe Stock now accept editorial photos from non-Reuters contributors?

I've only been contributing a week, so I'm unclear on that. I haven't tried uploading editorial photos yet, and wanted to ask first. Can't find anything conclusive in FAQs. Thanks for your help!
