Hello, I have uploaded my photos 4 months ago and they are still in review. Where is the problem?

Hi Jakub,

Have you verified your email address with them?

Sent any Govt ID to confirm your identity?

These can be reasons why nothing has been reviewed.

I had a similar experience when I began offering stock for sale. I contacted them three times and then they found my tax information was lost so we had to start over. Remaining silent does not help. Contact them ask for help. Best to you. JH
