FTP Error When Uploading Video

I'm using FileZilla to connect to ftp.contributor.adobestock.com.  Initially it connects fine with status of logged in, retrieving directory listing and directory listing of "/" successful.

When I go to upload a .MOV file to the directory, I get a response of: 530 Sorry, the maximum number of clients (4) for this user are already connected.

FileZilla tries a couple more times then stops with a message of upload failed.

I'm using my ID and Password from the Learn More about FTP upload section of the upload page.

I'm stuck. Help.

I tried from another PC with an older version of FileZilla and it worked fine.

For others who experience this problem try an older version of FileZilla.  Not sure if that was the problem but it's worth a shot if you run into this problem.

It didn't work with version 3.30.0

It did work with version 3.23.0
