Help, internal server error

I cant enter at Adobe Stock Contributor (contributor.stock.adobe.com), when I try to enter just say "internal server error".
I been clean cookies and reset Safari.

I have a case # 00054936.

A few days ago, I tell to technical support, if can reduce the 45 days for my payment (Because I need the money for buy some gifts for my family in this BlackFriday), but the only thing I received was "Your account has been blocked for security reasons".

I asked WHY, but just told me: "they would do a review". After a few minutes of that message, I received an email telling me that the case had been resolved and closed, but I still can not access to "contributor".

Please, help me ASAP.
