If I remove all effects can I resubmit the photo, the effect I added was a white Vignette?

Hello frankb71097836,

Without the photo here, I can only guess that the white vignette is the problem. A customer is not able to remove it easily. Take it away and resubmit. You will have a pretty clear answer. Adobe tells us to let the customer do any special effects to the work after they buy it. Consider reading all the guidelines for photo stock contributors. Here is a link. Kind regards, JH

Generally speaking you shoul add only pictures with minimal editing (getting the histogram right, cropping, straightening, enhance contrasts slightly, light noise reduction, chromatic aberation, lens correction).

All your editing should show the image lik a perfect shot, no effects applied, not over or under saturated etc.
