I having a problem. I am trying to set up Adobe Stock and I am a Fotolia Contributor but i can not sync my account on your step.

You don't have a valid Fotolia account to sync with. Your Adobe Stock contributor account was created long after we stopped accepting new Fotolia contributors.

Your approved content (currently 2 files) is automatically available for sale at Fotolia and all payments on sales originating at Fotolia are paid into your Adobe Stock Contributor account.

You are all set.

I had problem syncing my fotolia account with my adobe Stock. I also get same error all the time. It said "Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again."
