That screen shot is an indication you are attempting to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account with a different Adobe ID than what you originally created your stock account with. Try using a different email address you may have used to set up your account originally.Be sure you are clicking the sign in button in the upper right corner of the landing page and avoid the buttons in the center.-Mat

Is it that you are trying to synch your fotolia account with adobe stock? If that's it then you will need to make sure that both accounts are logged out, then try logging in one.

I don't understand your answer because I can't be login in fotolia, when you try loggin in fotolia it goes to login in adobe stock. Anotherway the contact link you sent doesn't work. But thank you I am going to try to contact directly them, I thought that here someone will solve it because is the official forum.

I were speaking with 3 people in the chat below, but finatly they sent me this email to solve my problem, I just want to sell images in Adobe Stock.

In that link I write my fotolia credentials and nothing, so I write my adobe credentials and nohing, so to don't login because I can't I try to click on "I don't have a Fotolia account" and there is an issue that I atach.
