I have had several photos rejected due to "technical problems" and I have looked at the technical requirements and to my knowledge they are all met.
These are the technical requirements:
-Send the images in JPEG format.
-Use sRGB color space
-Minimum image resolution: 4 MP (megapixels).
-Maximum image resolution: 100 MP (megapixels).
-Maximum file size: 45 MB (megabytes).
-Do not include watermarks or time stamps.
-Do not increase the file resolution; send the maximum file size the camera can produce.
The one that generates more doubt to me is the last one, since when exporting in lightroom I increased the quality to 100, but some have accepted me with this characteristic, then I do not understand it. I attach one of the rejected images in case you see something that I have not seen. I hope you can help me, thanks.

Those are the basic rules, but not the quality requirements, which include focus, white balance, artefacts, contrast, overediting, Chromatic aberration, good composition, and more things not written down; basically looking for the highest professional image quality from good equipment, suitable for a million dollar advertising campaign. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/stock/contributor/help/quality-and-technical-issues.html I can't see your image, sadly.
