Yes, this is correct. We require a valid, government issued photo ID card to verify your identity before you can start selling your work. The ID is secure and once validated it is removed from our system and cannot be accessed again.

Mat Hayward

You are uploading your ID card as though it were an image available for sale. This is not the right place to upload the ID.
When you add a jpeg to sell you should see a popup box prompting you to upload your ID card. Inside that message box is the link to upload the ID.

Good Afternoon Mat: Sorry to for not being a little smarter. The ID card seems to be my driver's License or my
Passport. It is not clear to me as how to up load either of these differently than uploading a for sale photo. Could someone please remove the three photo IDs that I uploaded? Then one more time detail the procedure to up load the ID properly.
Thank You very much,
Jim Bates

You will need to delete the ID cards you uploaded as stock photos manually from within the portal. To do so, in the uploaded files section select the images then look to the right of the screen, under the keyword boxes you will see a link that says "delete files."
To upload your ID properly, add a jpeg image that you do want to submit as stock. When you do so, you should see a popup box appear informing you that you need to upload an ID card. Within that message box you should see a link where you can upload that ID card.

Hi Mat: 50% good. I got the wrong ID's deleted. How for the next. I don't see a pop up box, at all, appear when trying to upload a jpg. The new jpg loads and appears with the other uploaded files. What do you
suggest?
Thanks for the help!

Hi Mat: I am not quite sure what the problem is, not being able to up load an ID for the account. It might be the Internet browser. I am using Windows Exploier is this a problem?
Thanks, Jim Bates

Hi Mat: I have been waiting for a reply for a couple of days now. Also I am not quite sure what Adobe is referring to as an ID card unless it is an image of the scanned original item.
Waiting for your reply.

Also I spoke to Microsoft and the teck rep fixed the browser to accept all cookies.
