ID Verification

Hello,

I face a problem with ID verification. It states that the document can be a driver's license, so I've uploaded my present Dutch license. However, it was rejected several times while it meets all the requirements.

How can I resubmit it again?

You can resubmit an ID card by visiting the contributor account section of the portal. You should see the link at the top of the page. Make sure your ID meets all of our requirements before resubmitting..

Visible photo, government issued, DOB clearly legible and confirms you are over 18, not expired, name on ID matches the name in your contributor account.

Make sure the scan is large enough to read.

Hi Mat,

I have uploaded so many times and there was no indication whether they receive it or not.

One of the emails you sent me stated that "no id doc received" so where did my ID went? Could there be some problems with your system? It's so frustrating when one doesn't know what's going on after executing?

I have also noticed that my forum name is my full name but I have filled in my forum name to be Distinguished Shot?

you real name is only visible for you in the forums if you`re logged in. Other members only could see "Distinguished Shots".

Dear Mat,

I have sent almost ten times and all in JPG format.

I have done all those and I am so confused because I have no reply or

message whatsoever from your verification team or your system to let the

applicant know if this ID document has been received or not. There’s no

indication whatsoever. If it is in the process of verifying, I would hope

the applicant would be notified so at least one would know what is going on.
