Illustration rejection

I have submitted the following images in  illustrations category, and all where rejected for technical problems.

Please can you help me to understand what's wrong.

Sometimes the reviewers oddly enough see snowflakes and waterdrops as noise. I think your first image is ok, but in the other two the highlights are blown out.

Thank you for your response...As these images are not photography, I don't think the highlight are problematic. These illustrations were used by satisfied customers for advertising campaign. So the reason of rejection remain unexplained.
