I have shot some LDS Temples. Is a property release required if photographed from a public location?

Probably - how will you use them? You might need a release. Go to the contributor's user guide and read about copyright and property releases from owners, artists, and architects. It will benefit you greatly to know these and use releases when you submit photographs to Adobe Stock. Best regards, JH
