Shocked to find 80 of 83 images rejected within 24 hours for technical issues. I'm not a novice, have been submitting to stock agencies for over 40 years. All of the rejected images have been accepted and many of them licensed by other agencies (have +16,000 with Alamy and 3,500 with Adobe so far). In fact, several from the same shoot in Namibia were previously accepted by Adobe, so it doesn't seem to be a subject issue. Are images reviewed by AI or an actual person? It's annoying because they have commercial value, so I'm going to resubmit and hope they're accepted the next time. However, it means keywording them all over again (is there a way to resubmit rejected images without redoing the keywording?). Any suggestions or input?

Reviews of your submissions are done by humans. technical issues means that there are technical problems with your pictures that need to be addressed in postproduction, if possible at all.
There is no method to resubmit using the same keywording except if you submitted using a CSV or similar.

Hello @Michele Burgess, that sounds pretty frustrating. It would have been useful if you would have included one or two images for our review. To answer your questions; in my experience, the photos are first reviewed by an AI which checks for compression and extreme artifacts, next, the photos are reviewed by a person. If you load from LR, your photos will not be checked or flagged by the AI. Only if you load them from the webpage. Your keywording also has to be re-done if you load from LR. Other products maintain the keywords and keyword order.
