Once my file is approved, how do i put it up for sale?

That's automatic. As soon as you submit your picture you put it up for sale. No additional actions are required. If you are new to stock, however, you may look for similar pictures than yours and try to do better to stand out of the croud. That and the right keywords will get you the most sales.
