Does that mean that you cannot submit any part of a Rolls Royce ?

Why is that allowed for other brands ?

à partir di moment ou on reconnais la voiture à partir d'une photo et que ça soit le sujet principal

je n'étais pas avec vous pour prendre la photo et j'ai reconnu une Rolls, ça suffit pour le refus.

exemple
pour prenez en photo une jeune femme, vous avez l'autorisation de la jeune femme
elle est devant la voiture
pas besoin d'autorisation pur la voiture, le sujet principal est la jeune femme avec l'autorisation
la voiture est en arrière plan.
dans ce cas précis, vous pouvez avoir la voiture sur la photo même en entier si vous souhaitez

That would mean that a picture of a car alone or a group of cars is always an intellectual property violation.

However there are plenty of such pictures in here.

The car is identifiable even without a visible logo. The design is so unique you will likely not be able to submit an image with any part of it. The green door handle posted above is very generic and could be on virtually any car. As a result, it's acceptable to post.
