intellectual refusal

This is in Trap pond state park, Laurel DE....No entry fee......I'm new to Adobe stock, I'm not sure I understand this refusal. Can someone explain ? Thanks

It might be because of the logo on the life jacket and phone number on the paddle and kayak. Remove any identifying marks, logos etc and try again.

Ricky said exactly what I was thinking. Use Photoshop to remove the phone number (and business name) from both sides of the paddle and the brand from the lifejacket. You might also need to get rid of the logo/brand on the boat too.
