Model Release clarification

I submitted 6 photos without model release. I understand the reason in the case of five of them, which show adults or teenagers. However, one is a picture of an eight year old girl in Nepal, taken in 1990, in a small remote village.  How would they be able to recognise themselves in 2021, thirty years later?

Please advise.1B_6_5.jpg

It doesn't matter if they recognize themselves or not.  What matters is that the image is not legal for commercial use because you didn't obtain written permission from the child's parent or guardian when you took her photo.  So it cannot be used commercially for 75 years.

Stock cannot accept it without a signed model release to protect Adobe's customers and you from possible lawsuits later.  Since nobody can afford costly lawsuits, that's how it has to be.
