I don't think that changing the white balance is that much of a problem. Colours and details are washed out:

Hello,

Unfortunately, because this was taken with a drone (drones tend to have small sensors like smartphones and in budget compacts)  the image quality when enlarged degrades and you start to get JPEG compression artifacts:

Customers who want to use this image may be disappointed to learn they are unable to use this image at high quality.

When you zoom in notice how smudgy it becomes. Lack of detail becomes apparent.

This is probably the main reason it was rejected.
