I am new to this sector and I cannot understand what I should improve in this image and in future ones in order to be accepted.

To be able to identify issues such as grain or noise you need to inspect your images at magnification of between 100 and 200%. In this case you will see that the colors are not smooth, but are spotty, or grainy. Take note of the area circled.
To correct noise/grain you need to use an editing software such as photoshop or any other similar, equip to reduce Luminant and color noise such as grains and artifacts.

Also if you look carefully at the image, too much of it is out of focus, and thus may attract another rejection when you correct the noise and reuploaded.
