If that's the original, it's too small and blurry.  Stock submissions must be highest visual and technical quality for use in digital & print commercials.

The overall quality is not so good. As it is taken with a smartphone, the pixel quality decreases when enlarged.

Look at what other Stock contributors are submitting in the same category. 

I won't tell you not to use a mobile phone camera because they are convenient but they have limitations.  Understand those limitations and make adjustments before and after the shoot.  For best quality, use the highest MP sensor, resolution and lenses you can.

Smartphones tend to have very small sensors producing gret images for your family album but poor image quality (compared to bigger camera sensors, like APS-C or full frame) for stock images. This does not mean that phone pictures won't be accepted, but only that the conditions to take pictures need to be optimal.
