hello this photo is not accepted because of the technical problems why ? ı wanna know.

It is not in focus and there are blown out (overexposed) areas on the upper left side.

Use a smaller aperture and crop out the white areas.

In terms of composition, having the hand included doesn't add to the photo. Composition is also a very important part of photography.
