Thanks for writing. This appears to be an issue specific to Yahoo email addresses. Unfortunately I have not been able to find a workaround at this time as the issue has been reported by several Yahoo members. If you have an alternative mail service provider you can use that should work. Try contacting Yahoo directly to ask them for suggestions. Otherwise, your notifications can be seen within your account. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Where are the emails coming from? I get forum updates, other emails updates from Adobe, what makes these any different?

Dear Mat,
I use my personal domain email. In the past I've got the e-mails, but now I did not receive.
Best regards,
Laszlo

Hi Lazlo,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Did you receive notification emails after logging into the contributor portal or was it only through Fotolia? Is your personal domain email tied to Yahoo by chance? Make sure your settings for notifications are turned on in the profile section of your account and be sure to check your spam folder if you haven't done so already.
Kind regards,
Mat Hayward

Hi Mat,
I've checked Fotolia and Adobe contributor page also. Notification settings is on in both profile. My personal domain is at "bluehost". My spam folder is still empty. I did not make any changes.
Best regards,
Laszlo

I suddenly stopped receiving emails too about whether photos are accepted or rejected. Then when I check they all seem to be in the rejected file. I've tried chat four times but keep getting the same guy --Umesh -- who is obviously over his head and lets the chat sessions lapse before I want them to. I then answer the emails I get asking if my problem is solved and that leads nowhere. I'm using AOL email and it's worked fine for the last two years. Since Adobe customer support is so ludicrously bad I'd appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks. Bob Quarteroni. bobqsix@verizon.net

Contributor support is different from Adobe support. To submit a ticket and report your issue please click the contact us link at the bottom of the contributor portal. We'll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure you are opted in for your emails by clicking the contributor account link at the top of the portal. Scroll down to view your notification preferences.
