Hi, this was my very first picture, it was registred in a Cannon SX 400 is and edited in photoshop express.

Could you help me to find out the issues that they could have pointed (no word was said) and rejected?IMG_3383_edited.jpg

Yes, the bird is definitely out of focus. It doesn't seem that any part of this picture is in focus. Always view at 100% or higher, it will be obvious. 

 

In addition, detail near the eyes is lost in shadows, the composition contains distracting elements, and there are purple and green chromatic effects at the edges of the white wires. Nevertheless, the focus problem is fatal and cannot be corrected in post-processing.
