Your photo is out of focus, noisy and under exposed. There is also a blue and purple color fringing around the point of the subject. I believe you will need to remove the symbol and writing on the image.

You cannot re-upload this one. You will need to pay attention to your focus in the future.

I don't think there are any intellectual property concerns.  The necklace ♂ is a standard symbol for mars and the male sex.  I don't think anyone can claim ownership of that.

However, Adobe Stock customers expect highest visual and technical quality for use in high end digital and print commercials.
