Your background is full of red patches. It needs to be a solid color.
The rose is not focused.
The spots in the rose need to be corrected.
Also bad framing, you clipped the right side of your subject.
Compare your work with that of other Stock Contributors in the same category. And then ask yourself if Adobe Stock customers will buy this image over the other 1.5 million roses in Stock's database.
You might have better luck in a less competitive category. See links below.
...The lighting is bad as well. It looks like it was taken with a flash, so this has created harsh shadows. The lighting is too direct hence the spectral highlights on the rose petals.
Although you've received good advice about the quality of this photo, it should probably be mentioned that spending any time at all on submitting an image of a red rose to Adobe Stock is probably wasted time, except for the time you're investing in perfecting your photography and editing skills. With so much competition, your image would need to be incredibly unique and of absolutely perfect quality to be selected by a buyer. I have 4 images of flowers in my portfolio of ~2,100 images and none of them have sold.

To add to this: moderators will refuse any flower picture not 120% perfect, with a unique point of view and exceptional post-processing. You can sell flower pictures, pet pictures etc. but you have better not to focus on those themes. I have flower pictures that sell, but none of them has been shooten specifically to be added here.
