If it hasn't been refused because of the signature (@Test Screen Name) or for IP reasons, then you got a refusal for technical issues:

• it's out of focus
• it's over exposed (that could, however, pass)
• you have chromatic aberration (arrow)
• the colours are washed out, probably because of an excessive noise reduction
