Photo thumbnail showing strange artifacts

Hi,

I've had a photo up for over a year now on Adobe Stock, and it's been selling great. Just recently I've noticed that the thumbnail for this one image has weird artifacts, and I just recently did an incognito search for the image to figure out that its thumbnail is like this when it's searched for by anyone. How can I fix this? The photo ID is 132594915.

I do not know what artefacts you see, but they seem to be limited to your computer and graphics card.
