Photography Plan giveaway for Stock Contributors – expired code in contrary to what the email states

I received a complimentary Creative Cloud Photography Plan back in 2018 which I haven't redeemed since I had been using Adobe CC as part of a team and I didn't feel the need since the email clearly stated that I had until July 2021 to redeem it. Now that I am no longer part of that team I would have liked to redeem that code but it returns a 'This code has expired' message. What to do now? The redeem page doesn't have any help links, the giveaway FAQ is a dead link and Adobe Stock support just won't load.

Adobe Stock support just won't load

What does that mean? Did you look here: Need help? (stock contributor support)

I believe this is the one, thanks. I tried the same link before posting here and it would just return a blank white page without any loading indicator whatsoever. I assume it was temporary.

Works for me, so I suggest the following:

- Try incognito surfing
- Clearing cache and cookies.
- Using a different browser.
- Trying a different computer.
- Trying a different network or using a VPN.

If the error is still appearing you have 2 more possibilities:

If there is a temporary problem on the internet or Adobe server: The status of different services on Adobe servers may be checked here: https://status.adobe.com/creative_cloud#

Can you provide a copy of that e-mail to send to Adobe Customer Support?
