You always need to give us the refusal reason.

Here you have, however, a high level of noise. In addition, the picture is not really sharp (shake?).

Pictures need to be sharp at 100% view magnification, this one isn't sharp around the eyes, but effectively there was no shake. The noise is, however, real and a problem. Noise and other artefacts are best appreciated at  100% and 200%, sometimes even 300%.

Just as a reminder: you did not tell us the rjection reason.

In the upper part of the animal's head, there is a very sharp contour line without a smooth transition of the shadow. A green leaf with sharp irregular contours is the second confirmation of rough processing. Here has been applied (Fill) - (Selections with fill based on content). Usually, after that you need to remove color noise and graininess.

As a guess, I would say rejected for technical issues. There is a magenta cast in the photo. The rock is the wrong colour for example. You have to change the white balance/colour temperature. This is apart from the other issues that @Abambo pointed out!!

Read this about adjusting white balance:
https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/discover/white-balance.html

As for zooming in, yes, you do get to see more pixels, but it should still be 'clean' if one zooms to 100%.
