Pictures in review

I’m new to adobe stock but I had a lot of photos that I uploaded (about 150) and only around five were reviewed and they weren’t reviewed in and order that I could tell. ive had some photos in review for almost a week. Do I keep uploading more photos or wait till the others have been reviewed? And why is it so slow? My ID is Luke ferguson
