Pictures not going online after review

Hi!

i uploaded a few dozen pictures and videos last week and after they were reviewed and accepted fairly quickly, they never seem to have gone online. Even though it says it takes up to 24 hours till they can be found, it has been 5 days now and I do not even see them in my own portfolio when searching the stock website. 

is this normal?
