So quick question here,
Kind of new to adobe stock, I would like to ask if it is okay to post the work I submit on adobe stock on my social media and portfolio. I think it is generally okay but just wanted to confirm to avoid any legal troubles.
Anytime you upload an asset of yours to Adobe stock for sale you stay owner of the data and you can still decide to upload that anywhere else. You can use the image on your social media account or even give away the asset for others to use for free. You keep ownership of the asset.

Just to say: you can even upload the asset to a competitor's website ... Adobe does not claim the exclusive on your asset...
