Probable sales counter failure, no photos sold in over 10 days

Greetings and good time to all.

Is it normal and possible to have a freak occurrence of no photo sales in over 10 days and so to be stuck at a money amount just short of payout value? It has never occurred before. Usually there has been one sale per day, and no such big delays with no sales.

Does anyone have the same issue at the moment?

Could it be that a sales counter is broken at the moment?

Can it be due to other technical issues, and if so, what are the possible reasons?

Thanks in advance.

It's impossible to answer if it's "normal" for your specific portfolio. There are no issues with the site at this time. Your sales trends will vary based on the quantity, quality and subject matter in your portfolio. If you are typically seeing only one sale per day, that is a fairly low volume so a swing of 1 download either way (to 0 or to 2) would not really be a notable change. Share a link to your portfolio and we'll give you some feedback. How often are you creating and submitting new cont

Hi,

No sales for a few days is possible, but still not sure that is the case with you. I am aware of the website experiencing some issues. I am not sure if any of these issues affects your sales. In any case none of us who monitor this forum (except for staff members, if they do visit) would be able to say for sure what is going on. We are all contributors like yourself.

Best wishes

I just made a post similiar to this just now and off to the side it said "related conversations" and I'm responding to yours now.  Did you ever figure it out and was it resolved?  I usually get 5-10 downloads a day and the last 3 days it shows no sales at all.

These slow periods are not unusual; don't stress about it.
