These photos have serious white balance issues. The top photos looks mauve. The other is blue. The photos should be looking natural.

The first image is not sharp, has noise problems and the logos disqualify the image for stock use. In the histogram, you have the blacks (left) and the whites (right) missing. You could enhance the local contrast. And yes, the white balance is off, you see this good in the middle line of the street that should be some kind of white.

 

The second image is not sharp, exposes a lot of noise. The church should get a perspective correction and more of the lower part of the building should be visible.

Just to add, the exposure is also not good. It is too dark. Although I guess you wanted to show the sky, it didn't work out very well.
